The Beginning

The property that Fazenda sits on has been in Margo’s family for over one hundred years. Her great-grandfather, Avó Luisinho, helped to found the chapel (Império) in 1898. A century later, the 1998 earthquake left the farmhouse in disrepair.
From 2022 to 2024, Manny and Margo spent two years restoring the property, the land, and the eira that belong to it. What you see here is that record.
