Farm-to-Table Culinary Experiences in Faial

Fazenda Granja is a small farm on Faial Island where we host seasonal farm-to-table gatherings that celebrate what’s growing on the land.

We are currently on a seasonal pause as we prepare for the year ahead and continue developing our tourism offerings. We will reopen in spring 2026 with new menus, fresh harvests, and inspired events.

Guests will prepare a delectable three-course meal using fresh vegetables harvested directly from our farm, complemented by fine Portuguese wines and herbal iced tea. Weather permitting, participants can enjoy a guided farm tour to handpick ingredients for their dishes. This immersive 3-4 hour experience blends hands-on cooking, local flavors, and Azorean culture in a serene farm setting. It promises an unforgettable journey into sustainable and authentic farm to table cuisine.

Os convidados irão preparar uma deliciosa refeição de três pratos, utilizando legumes frescos colhidos diretamente da nossa quinta, complementados por vinhos portugueses de qualidade e chá gelado de ervas. Se o tempo permitir, os participantes poderão desfrutar de uma visita guiada à quinta para colher os ingredientes das suas receitas. Esta experiência imersiva de 3 a 4 horas combina culinária prática, sabores locais e a cultura açoriana num ambiente tranquilo de quinta. Promete ser uma viagem inesquecível ao mundo da cozinha sustentável e autêntica, do campo para a mesa.
