An integral part of our events is a guided walk through our raised bed garden and eira, where guests can experience the land up close and see what’s growing in real time. This is where we cultivate the fresh produce that becomes the centerpiece of each gathering.

Guests harvest from the gardens, prepare ingredients, and cook together in the farmhouse kitchen, concluding with a shared three-course seasonal meal.

Seasonal Brunch from the Garden

A seasonal brunch shaped by what is growing in the gardens, served family-style at our communal table. Following brunch, guests are welcome to explore the gardens and greenhouse with us, offering a glimpse into the rhythms of the farm and the ingredients behind the table.

A seasonal tasting shaped by what is growing in the gardens, served at our communal twelve-seat table. Each tasting is curated and prepared by Margo and Manny as a progression of seasonal selections reflecting the rhythms of the farm, the island, and the season.
